Unison, a leading provider for procurement solutions to the federal marketplace, is seeking service-oriented professionals to provide support to our internal stakeholders and federal government customers as a Technical Reporting Analyst. The main focus of this role will be on compiling, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business data; preparing reports and responding to inquiries; and recommending appropriate action. 

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Creating reports and evaluation of data
  • Interfacing with development and requirements analysts and designers for issue verification
  • Main POC for BU reporting, delivers accurate, timely, and aligned analysis 
  • Assists in administering processes and systems  
  • Prepares projects, reports, and presentations  

Qualifications

Experience, Skills/Abilities, and Education: 

  • 2 - 4+ years of Helpdesk and/or Technical Support experience
  • 2 - 4+ years of experience in Using SQL  
  • Demonstrated Experience in use of Reporting tools & presentation of results
  • Strong Quantitative & Analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of federal procurement process preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good problem-solving skill and logical process thinking
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Clearance:

Applicants may need to be the subject of a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, to include U.S. Citizenship.
