Marketplace Operations Representatives are the heartbeat of Unison Marketplace as members of our Sourcing, Marketplace Support, and Marketplace Assurance teams. From delivering training and education to customers, to conducting the critical market research that fuels marketplace competition, Marketplace Operations Representatives drive the success of the Marketplace. Unison is looking for talented & self-motivated individuals to join the team.  The ideal candidate possesses entry-level equivalent experience related to customer support.  Ability to think critically and creatively and identify client needs and propose solutions is a must. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing a dashboard of Buys available for bid on the marketplace
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers for government contracts
  • Educating customers as they use the marketplace
  • Troubleshooting user difficulties via phone and email
  • Obtaining and documenting customer feedback
  • Utilizing and creating reports via business intelligence tools
  • Building external client relationships and coordinating with internal teams  

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering quality customer service in a high-volume environment
  • Interest in e-commerce, procurement, government industries
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, initiative and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
